The Challenge:

AmFest 2025 required a stage environment that could deliver strong visual impact while functioning seamlessly for both live and broadcast audiences. The set also needed to stand out among a crowded field of competing stages and brand activations, each fighting for attention within the event space. The design had to support a wide range of programming while maintaining a cohesive and authoritative look. A key challenge was aligning the physical stage build with LED content so the environment felt unified rather than layered.

The Solution:

I developed a high fidelity 3D visualization that served as both a creative foundation and a production tool for the stage design and background animation system. The environment was built in 3D to accurately plan layout, lighting, and screen integration before construction. This process also acted as a testbed for motion graphics, allowing us to refine visuals in context and ensure the final experience would stand out on the show floor. The final output was a seamless looping animation designed specifically for LED playback, adding depth and energy behind the stage. This approach ensured accuracy in the build and created a cohesive visual presence that cut through the surrounding noise of the event.
