
The Challenge:
Coca-Cola partnered with Charlotte Phoenix to bring its Real Magic campaign into the esports arena. The objective was to reach gamers in a way that felt authentic. The brand had to merge its iconic global identity with the culture and intensity of competitive gaming. Anything less would feel like another corporate ad, easily dismissed by its audience.
The Solution:
Working with AOE Creative, I designed two bold concepts to bridge the gap. The first was a custom Street Fighter arcade cabinet designed to trigger nostalgia while honoring gaming’s social spirit. The second dropped Coca-Cola branding directly into Rocket League’s frenetic gameplay. Together, they created visuals that were credible, fresh, and unmistakably Coca-Cola.
