The Challenge:
For the Colossal Biosciences’ Dire Wolf launch hosted at the Hall of State in Dallas, an experiential event design was needed to properly visualize the venue, guest flow, and production requirements. Working in partnership with FLEXDEF, the project involved Colossal Experiential Event Design planning beyond sketches, demanding a fully realized vision of furniture, décor, signage, staging, and digital displays aligned with Colossal’s futuristic brand aesthetic.
The Solution:
The Hall of State in Dallas was selected as the venue, offering a dramatic Art Deco backdrop. Working closely with FLEXDEF, I began by gathering the data needed to build a precise 3D model. I conducted an on-site study to capture photos, measurements, and blueprints. From there, the model became the canvas for layout planning and signage systems.
Alongside the spatial work, I developed an immersive event design concept and photoreal 3D visualization that ensured cohesion across physical and digital touchpoints. The result was a compelling vision that combined FLEXDEF’s production expertise with my design execution, aligning perfectly with Colossal’s futuristic brand aesthetic.

3D rendering
To effectively plan the event and win client approval, a to-scale, high-fidelity 3D model was developed. This allowed for precise layout planning, strategic graphics placement, and the creation of a polished final pitch video.

Large Scale Banners
Large-scale banners in the Main Hall served as graphical centerpieces, reinforcing the party’s theme and tone while complementing the lighting and architecture.

Additional Graphics
Supplementary creative assets were developed to extend the visual identity across multiple touchpoints—table graphics, menus, and step-and-repeat backdrops.

Digital banners
Digital banners acted as dynamic brand touchpoints, using motion to showcase visuals while enhancing the overall vibe of the event.
