The Challenge:

The Saturn Awards, presented annually by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films, had expanded to honor film, TV, and home media but lacked a defined identity or color system. While at AOE as lead designer, I was tasked with creating a hype video to showcase our 3D and animation capabilities while giving the brand a more cohesive visual presence.

The Solution:

The signature Saturn Awards trophy was rebuilt as a detailed 3D asset for use in promotional videos and graphics. The logo was updated and animated, then paired with a streamlined identity system to align all deliverables. Together, these elements gave the awards a polished, modern presence worthy of their reputation.
